I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor- Master Addiction Counselor (CRC-MAC), and a Certified Clinical Counselor (CCS). I have been in the field for over 25 years and have had the honor and opportunity to witness individuals make significant lifestyle changes.
Having dual licenses affords me the chance to work with a range of individuals. My clientele consists primarily of adults, with mental health or substance use disorders. I rely on a variety of strategies as it is my belief that we all heal in our own way. I am well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and focus on a client centered approach.
Over the years I have become quite aware of the patterns we establish in a lifespan, some of which continue to leave one disappointed and depressed. I believe in change and encourage my clients to actualize their dreams. I offer a safe, relaxed, and professional environment to those seeking individual or group therapies.
