Whether you are dealing with depression, emotional challenges, trauma, relationship issues, or difficult life transitions and circumstances, you do not have to navigate them alone. I specialize in working with adults, couples and adolescents facing a variety of issues including: life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also do premarital counseling, and life coaching.
