Group for Binge Eating and Emotional Overeating

ACCEPTING NAMES TO BEGIN SOON: The Balance Group offers a safe place for people with binge eating disorder and/or emotional overeating to learn about the role that food is playing in their life and the skills needed to change it. Mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, self-care, and relationship skills are presented and practiced with the goal of decreasing and ultimately ending binge eating and/or emotional overeating episodes. This group is designed to be an adjunct to individual psychotherapy and nutrition counseling and engagement in both is a requirement for members.

Yoga for Every{body}/Curvy Yoga

This ten-week series will provide a safe space for bodies of all shapes and sizes to practice yoga and inward-kindness. Using our breath, movement and awareness we will work towards the intention of creating a more positive relationship with ourselves on and off the mat. This series is designed with curvy bodies in mind and is a good fit for people new to yoga and those that already have a gentle practice. This class will be a closed series to provide safety and continuity to students. Donation Scale: $140-$200 for full series. Contact to enroll.
