I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, polyamorous families, and those practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM). My work also addresses trauma, religious trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. With over a decade of experience, I bring clinical depth alongside genuine investment in each client's growth. My approach is grounded in Attachment Theory and the Nurture Play Structure (NPS) Model — a framework I developed — integrating Queer Theory, EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches as appropriate to your goals.

You’re ready for real change, not just small insights that fade after a few weeks. You’ve tried traditional weekly therapy but it feels like you only ever scratch the surface. You’re tired of feeling “stuck,” weighed down by anxiety, or past trauma that keeps replaying no matter how much you work on yourself. You want relief that lasts and to feel confident, grounded and free again. You're ready to move beyond coping and into deep, lasting healing.

Pregnancy and the first few months, even the first year, post-delivery can be really hard. These months can be filled with such joy and anticipation, but can also be accompanied by stress and uncertainty. During pregnancy, women often struggle with anxiety about their baby, their changing bodies, and their upcoming delivery. Post-delivery, women and their partners may continue to have worries about their health, their new roles as parents, and how to care for their baby in addition to managing other life stressors. One can need additional support as they try to navigate and adjust to the journey of pregnancy or new parenthood.

Impacted by substance misuse, ongoing family conflict, codependence, and/or trauma? Curious about feeling better, having better relationships, and/or recovery? I specialize in helping people and their loved ones connect with hope and positive change. You've tried this and that, but you're still anxious. You're wanting something deeper...a safe space to work through the horrors going on. You're trying to make 2026 different, but feel stuck. You're ready to find a place where you can say how you're really doing. You're determined and you've made the decision to take care of yourself, to get the help you've needed. What if you could connect to someone who could truly see how you're doing and not pass judgment? And what if having someone wisely walk with you will help your life improve?

Making the decision to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. I offer EMDR, ACT, and IFS to help adults process the past, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Many of us find ourselves stuck in deep-rooted patterns that may have once been helpful or protective, but no longer serve us. These patterns can make it hard to feel present, connected, or aligned with the life we want to live. Pain and discomfort are part of being human but with the right support, healing is possible.

It’s difficult, even scary, to ask for what you need. Many of us don’t even know how to identify our needs. Maybe you’ve never been allowed to express them or been made to feel like you’re not valuable enough to have them. It’s not your fault. But it can lead to problems. Those needs get expressed somehow, often is ways we regret or don’t understand, ways that cause harm – feeling perpetually exhausted or overwhelmed, avoiding emotions, arguing, or disengaging from relationships and yourself.

The struggle in life can get real, sometimes more often than we like. Maybe you are struggling with feeling stressed, isolated, hopeless, anxious, lost or unmotivated. Or could it be that you ready to process and identify your authentic self? Have alcohol and/or drugs become more of a problem than a solution? Possibly you are the primary caregiver for a loved one, and the stress has flooded you into an emotional state of numbness and resentment. Whatever is bringing you to therapy is valid and real. Wellness is as unique as each individual.
