Life. Joys, sorrows, curve balls. In the midst of it all, we sometimes forget that we are naturally resilient, creative, and whole. We sometimes lose our compass. I’ve been there. When I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, I was convinced that I had lost my ability to do the things that were meaningful to me and to feel alive. The reality of chronic illness-- as with life -- is that we never know what tomorrow will bring. Now, I see illness as a gift that reminds me to live each moment fully, trust in my capacity to accept and adapt, and listen to my soul’s calling for my time on this planet. I want that for you. You matter.
I work collaboratively with people who are feeling stuck or are in transition. Mindfulness and body wisdom ground my work. I have certifications in coaching, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, hypnotherapy, and yoga. However, my practice is influenced most by my experience living with illness and witnessing the deep wisdom and resiliency of my clients.
We all have the potential for successfully meeting life’s challenges, for dancing with uncertainty, and for living abundantly.
