Each person is endowed with dignity and on a journey to discover who they are and their purpose, but sometimes life gets in the way. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples travel through the ups and downs of life while discovering who they want to be. . I believe that each person is uniquely created to flourish, and they have goodness and dignity which allows them to enter relationship with others and it is in those relationships that we discover strengths and weaknesses. Helping a person maximize their strengths while tending to their weaknesses in a healthy manner will lead to flourishing.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) along side and other modalities to meet the needs of the individual in front of me. I am currently trained in IFS at Level 2.
Therapy is not just about a diagnosis or even a theoretical orientation. While these are important, it is the relationship between therapist and client that brings about change. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you move to where you want to be...or maybe even discover where you want to be.
