Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group (DBT)

VIRTUAL; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills training group. It is a weekly group, run like a class, which teaches Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion, Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. The group is on going, so you may start at the beginning of a new module. Space is limited. DBT Skills Training groups are for adults who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. DBT Skills are taught to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions.
