Tweens & Teens Girls Empowerment Group
In celebration of Social Work Month 2023 and Child Abuse and Neglect Month 2023, we developed a 6-week group aimed to motivate and empower girls ages 12 thru 18. This group will consist of addressing important topics identified by surveys completed by the group members. There are group activities aimed to build self-care, encouragement, self-awareness and self-worth. The group will be held at the Newport News location, and is scheduled to begin on Saturday, March 18, 2023 and ends Saturday, April 22, 2023.
