We all encounter obstacles in life that tend to take away from our ability to experience our best life- the full and meaningful life that we are capable of realizing. Therapy is about finding freedom from those elements that are interfering with our ability to be our true, authentic self, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. After a long business career, I realized that I was no longer motivated by the same things that I was when I was younger, and decided to make a complete change to the counseling field.
It is my goal to share the knowledge that I've gained through life experiences, coupled with a strong education, to help others to navigate through life's sometimes stormy seas. I have benefited greatly from counseling relationships in my own life.
