I have been counseling individuals, couples, children and adolescents, along with families for 20 years. I have experience treating depression, PTSD, anxiety, adolescent behavioral problems, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management issues. My clients regard me as someone who has not only helped them navigate through some of life's most difficult challenges but someone who advocates strongly for them and cares about them. Helping people improve their lives is my mission and my passion in life.
I treat lifespan issues, situational issues, mental health issues, and women's issues. This includes issues related to adolescent ups and downs, self-esteem, family discord, anger management, communication, social skills, parenting, grief and loss.
I have worked for years with clients experiencing life at it's harshest. I have provided crisis intervention, support navigating the school system when in need of extra help, and trauma pertaining to rape and childhood sexual abuse.
