I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD and OCD. I often help clients facing other challenges such as social anxiety, perfectionism, worry, panic, relationship/attachment concerns, depression, ADHD, addiction, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I am skilled in several evidence-based approaches including exposure therapy (e.g., ERP, PE), ACT, and DBT.
