I specialize in providing services to individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder or other life stress. I integrate CBT, DBT and strength-based concepts to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I also specialize in facilitating Social Skills Groups
Social Skills Groups address a multitude of topics including, non-verbal social skills (eye-contact, body language, reading cues), starting and maintaining a conversation, self-esteem, confidence, coping strategies to reduce anxiety, assertiveness, dealing with "bullies" or other difficult personalities, active listening, team work and much more.
