I am different from most therapists in that I offer solutions early in the therapy process and I give advice. I tend to work well with people who want to get better, but are not necessarily excited about seeing a therapist - or who have not benefited from therapy in the past. It is very valid to seek out a therapist simply for support. It is what a lot of people need. But it is difficult to find a therapist who will help you understand what is perpetuating your problems in a clear and actionable way - and who will offer evidence-based interventions to make your life better as soon as possible so that you can live a happier life.

What’s working and what’s not working in your life? Psychotherapy is a tool to help you understand yourself more deeply and uncover unconscious patterns, defensive structures and boundaries that impact your relationship with self, others and the world around you. Whether navigating a career shift, relationship issues, or internal struggles, understanding your psychology will cultivate greater awareness of self and facilitate the necessary changes needed to achieve the results you desire. While A.I. can provide psychological insight, it cannot address the unconscious obstacles you are unaware of or cannot articulate.

You manage life on the outside, yet something feels off. I work with people ready for clarity, relief, and real growth. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself deeply, building practical tools, and creating meaningful change so life feels lighter, steadier, and authentically yours.

I know what falling apart feels like. Good therapy inspired me to leave my career as a performing artist to become the therapist I wish I'd had. I hope I can be the one you need now.
I work with complex trauma, religious trauma, and recovery from abusive relationships. I understand high-performing professionals, parents, artists, and academics. As a former stay-at-home mother, I've demonstrated the secure attachment patterns that I bring to the therapy room. Whether you're navigating deconstruction, spiritual abuse, or hierarchical systems, I can help you heal—not adjust to dysfunction.

I work with teens, young adults (college students), adults, and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, and self-esteem. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward? Therapy can be a space to gain clarity, rebuild connection, and create meaningful change.
I support clients with both the daily stressors of life and deeper emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Past experiences—especially unresolved emotional memories—often shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. We work together to resolve these to help grow.

I support individuals ages 16+ struggling with grief/loss, anxiety disorders, (such as obsessive-compulsive disorder), depression, and family-of-origin wounds. I have particular clinical interest in providing treatment for complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PSTD), and also enjoy working with clients who identify as neurodivergent. Maybe you are excellent at "reading the room", and work hard to please others, but struggle to respond to your own internal landscape (or to even identify what your needs might be). Perhaps perfectionism and self-criticism have become your baseline, and you want to find another way forward.
