You're smart, self-aware, maybe the one others turn to — so why does it all feel off? I work with children, teens, and emerging adults who feel stuck by anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or low motivation. Together we'll identify the thoughts and behaviors holding you back and use practical Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT) techniques to shift them, one step at a time. Think of it as helping your brain become a little less of a bully and a little more of a teammate.
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and tailored to you — bring your story; I'll bring curiosity, compassion, and tools to help you move forward.

I am Dr. Latoya Gassaway-White, and I have my LPC. I have been practicing CBT and solution-focused mostly, but I have experience with psychodynamic and family therapy approaches. I believe that clients dictate which type of therapy to approach and that it is best when a client leads the way. Together we create realistic and attainable goals, and then I help my clients tackle and achieve those goals. I work primarily with clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
