I practice out of the holistic wellness center Vital Body and Mind in downtown Del Ray. I work with individuals living with trauma, depression & anxiety, as well as coping with grief and loss. My expertise extends to trauma, transitional loss, sexual & domestic violence, self growth/discovery, family dynamics, and crime victim recovery.
