I’m a Level 2 certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who works with individual adults, couples, and families. My approach blends IFS (Parts Work) with psychodynamic therapy, helping clients understand and heal patterns that are causing pain or keeping them stuck.
In therapy, we’ll work together to identify and care for the different parts of you that may carry anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship wounds. This work can be especially helpful during life transitions — marriage, divorce, parenting, career changes — and can offer relief from longstanding struggles.

Hi there! I’m a bi, poly, kinky sex therapist who’s passionate about providing affirming, informed care for queer, trans, polyamorous, kinky, and other marginalized communities.
As a therapist and in completing my doctoral degree, I’ve spent years learning how to do therapy differently—by naming harm, pushing back on outdated ideas, and creating space where people feel seen, safe, and celebrated. If you've felt dismissed by past providers, you're not alone—and you're welcome here.

Welcome! I believe therapy is a space to discover a deeper sense of wholeness and connection. I strive to bring a genuine, supportive, and compassionate presence to our work, and I invite you to show up exactly as you are. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma and eating disorders. I view our work together not as a project of fixing what is "broken," but as a process of understanding your experiences, harnessing the strengths you already carry, and getting curious about what's possible.

Struggling with boundaries, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm? Maybe you put others first, avoid conflict, or fall into self-sabotage even though you're highly self-aware. Perhaps it shows up in your relationships or your work, and you're emotionally exhausted and done with just venting. That's where I come in. My approach is active, collaborative, and focused on real change. I work with clients to break out of self-sabotaging patterns, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and strengthen emotional regulation using DBT and trauma-based therapies.

I help couples and individuals who are navigating a significant relationship challenge, such as infidelity, and are struggling with thoughts or feelings that interfere with intimate connection. My clients may also be working to reconcile additional stressors that affect their relationships, such as non-traditional sexual interests, mismatched orientations, or ethical non-monogamy. They seek therapy to rebuild trust, manage anxieties, and integrate their authentic selves into the relationship. The therapeutic goals will often reflect my clients' desires to simultaneously take accountability and offer understanding and grace.
