I help people find lasting relief through an integrative approach that combines talk therapy, EMDR, and LENS neurofeedback. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or discouraged after trying other approaches. I take time to understand your story, your needs, and what hasn’t worked — so we can find what does. Challenges like emotional stress, attention issues, or nervous system dysregulation often develop over time and may be shaped by trauma, health conditions, or injury.

You’re an adult who looks together on the outside, yet inside you feel stuck, caught in cycles of worry or self-doubt that make it hard to move forward in work, relationships, or fulfill a sense of purpose. Mood and anxiety challenges can quietly drain your confidence and keep you from living in line with what truly matters to you. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely understood, valued, and gently challenged. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, I will work to clarify your values, untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that support meaningful change so you can move towards your goals.
