You are the expert in your own life, and my job is to help you connect the different parts of yourself so that you can live a more satisfying and authentic life. My goal is always to empower you and build upon the beneficial skills you already have.
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my treatment. I primarily work with People of Color and LGBTQIA2+ folx, although I aim to create a space that is welcoming and accepting of everyone. I utilize a cultural lens in therapy and affirm all the identities that make you who you are. I also have conversational Spanish-speaking skills.
