I utilize an integrative approach, using a variety of treatment modalities to best meet the needs of my clients, guided by both research and evidence based/evidenced informed interventions.
I am an International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & an iaedp Approved Supervisor; one of a limited number of professionals nationwide to achieve these distinctions after completing a rigorous set of criteria for the evaluation of education, training, knowledge and experience.

Thrive
Thrive groups are open to women in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating patterns who are motivated to make peace with their relationship with food and their bodies. Co-lead by Adina Fradkin and Carolyn Karoll, a dietitian and a therapist who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders/body image concerns, participants will work on skills, to include experiential modalities, to build strength in recovery and relapse prevention.
