I am a trauma-focused therapist that works with adults who struggle with a wide variety of issues. Trauma can take on many different forms. you are and to help you move forward to live your happiest, healthiest life. Whether you have never been to therapy before or are continuing your healing journey, I would be honored to be a part of it.
I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can be your true self. I primarily utilize Ego States interventions in combination with Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help facilitate healing, but I also use techniques from other treatment modalities as needed.
