I specialize in helping couples strengthen their relationships through the use of Prepare-Enrich assessments and skills. I help couples with considering one another's thoughts and opinions and practicing vulnerability to connect in a different way than ever before.

The clients I work with have oftentimes experienced complex relational traumas in childhood and dysfunctional family dynamics.
