I have worked for over 25 years and within a variety of settings, helping others manage and resolve anxiety, depression and maintain healthier relationships. I am grateful to have the privilege of being witness to client courage, growth, and healing in the therapy room.
I offer a comfortable, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can openly express yourself. I work side-by-side with you to identify your feelings, goals, and strengths. My integrative approach includes cognitive-behavioral, expressive, strengths-based and mindfulness-based interventions.
