I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and family for more than 20 years, in various, clinical, non-clinical settings; with transitional issues, adjustment issues, self esteem, emotional distress, behavioral issues, ADHD, grief, among others. I use an eclectic approach, and use ACT, Mindfulness, CBT, BT, Play Therapy, Client Centered, and Brief Solution Focused among others. I have been working with the belief that a healthy, balanced state of being is an acquired skill, and that every individual has sufficient inner strengths to be reminded/to be uncovered.
With the right help, individuals and families can reach peace and harmony in their desired pursuance. I consider it a privilege to work with individuals, and families, working through disappointment and helplessness, resulting from temporary disruptions, who are willing to not to lose the bigger picture in a distressing moment.
