I am a clinical therapist who can help you overcome any obstacles that you may be experiencing, strengthen those relationships most important to you, and find the peace, fullness, and happiness that you want and deserve. Currently, my main focus is working with women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, grieving pregnancy loss, in postpartum, or in various stages of motherhood. Additionally, I am also accepting clients who would like a Christian perspective incorporated into therapy or who have an interest in nutritional psychology (how nutrition affects the brain and how deficiencies can manifest in mental health symptoms).

I work with people who long for deeper, more reciprocal relationships, a life that actually fits, and a way of being that doesn’t require so much effort to maintain. You know how to hold it all together. You show up, take care of others, work hard, and keep moving, regardless of what you need. Externally, all looks well, but internally, you feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling drained, unseen, weighed down by pain, burned out, or always chasing. I specialize in working with high-performers, perfectionists, people pleasers, or anxious attachers who seek greater satisfaction, connection, peace, and balance in their life.

You’re the one who keeps it together. The always-reliable and self-aware one. The perfectionist and high achiever. The millennial who is trying to find steady ground in an unsteady world. And yet, underneath the version of you that holds it all together at the surface, is a lonelier experience where you battle anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and a persistent sense of dread. You’ve read the books. You know many of your patterns. Still, you find yourself stuck, repeating the same dynamics with food, your body, your relationships, and your worth. And, you want relief that actually lasts. If you can relate, this space is for you.
