My name is Nephetia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing mental health care for individuals. I have experience assisting and supporting clients to overcome and cope with depression, anxiety, grief, issues specific to women, low self-esteem, and anger. My experience ranges from teens to adults and I have worked with the LGBTQIA+ population. She is also an Advanced Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Virginia who has been practicing since 2017. Kiara believes in a treatment philosophy that aids her as she works alongside clients as they address addiction, trauma, grief, and other healing blockages.

Sherita is passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families through developing a trusting, non-judgmental, and encouraging therapeutic environment. Her focus is to help others navigate daily life challenges, restore and rebuild relationships, developing practical communication skills and self-acceptance. She works with various people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-worth, communication issues, conflict resolution, anger management issues, and other challenges.

By learning self-compassion and acceptance, most of our struggles can be understood as manifestations or behaviors that follow from wounds or traumas. Rhyan Mitchell is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2014. He has a BS, Psychology from Colorado State and an MA, Counseling from University of Northern Colorado. Rhyan has extensive knowledge providing assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, case management, court advocacy, referrals, and discharge planning. Rhyan's experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge of counseling has given her the tools to provide therapy for a diverse range of clients.

Insight Recovery Centers is a licensed adult Intensive Outpatient Program. We are right for people who may be stepping down from a residential or detox program or need more than once a week therapy. Your program may include a combination of group, individual, family, and couples therapy, case management, education, relapse prevention, and drug/alcohol testing. Medication Assisted Treatment, psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, and psychological testing is also available.
