I work with individuals navigating perfectionism, anxiety (generalized, social, or in relationships), OCD, depression, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, stress, amongst others. My approach is collaborative and supportive: we work together to clarify your values, set attainable and measurable goals, and use them as a guide to move closer to the life you desire. I often assign homework to ensure progress between sessions and incorporate exposure exercises to help you face fears and build confidence. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, reduce distress, and create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels authentic to you.

Sometimes in life, we feel stuck: stuck in a feeling we don’t like, stuck in patterns of behavior we want to break, or stuck in our relationships. I am passionate about creating safe spaces for my clients to bring their authentic selves with all their intersecting identities and work through whatever struggles keep them from thriving. Discover your resilience and feel better! Having a safe, nonjudgmental space to be yourself, and to reflect, discuss, and learn about your reactions, decisions, and challenges can lead to improved well-being. My psychotherapy practice creates that space in a hopeful, compassionate atmosphere. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process. Between your counseling sessions, you are encouraged to reflect and put new skills and insights into practice. I can weave traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness practices to relieve symptoms, promote self-care, make intentional decisions, and grow.
