Like a builder needs a hammer or a painter needs a brush, you need the right tool for the job. We all do our best with the tools we have, my job is to equip you with a few more. I specialize in men's issues relating to all areas of masculinity. I have experience with trauma, ADHD/autism, anxiety, depression, anger management, and grief. I believe in a collaborative approach based on honesty, curiosity, and humor. We can work together to root out the past, deal with the present, or plan for the future. All you need to do is come exactly as you are and that's where we'll start.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem or relationships. Many clients seek therapy during times of overwhelm, uncertainty, or when feeling stuck or disconnected. Together, we will create a safe and supportive container to build insight and awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the belief that meaningful change comes not only from reducing distress, but from understanding who you are and intentionally moving toward the life you want. I find therapy to be a collaborative journey, which I would be honored to walk alongside you through. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we will identify your values, build coping strategies, and work to shift unhelpful patterns to support growth.
