We are a psychotherapy practice that is driven to provide exceptional psychotherapy so that clients can transform their lives. We specialize in couples therapy and individual therapy for analytical thinkers and doers, including professionals in technology, law, medicine, and other demanding fields. We also have expertise in anxiety, depression, grief, neurodivergence, and adult autism assessment. Our work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrating evidence-based care with warmth and depth.
Our Team
After investing so much in your relationship, it can be devastating to watch it start to unravel. With over 25,000 clinical hours, I’ve learned that healing begins when we move beyond surface issues and into the deeper dynamics that are driving disconnection. My style is warm, direct, and highly interactive—I challenge destructive patterns while helping you build insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools to change course. Many of my clients are left-brainers and analytical thinkers—scientists, engineers. I enjoy working with couples in all stages and specialize in long-term partners who still love each other but feel stuck.

Many of my clients are the person others rely on - the one who keeps things together for everyone else but often feels overwhelmed on the inside. Growing up, many learned early how to adapt. They became the responsible one, the peacekeeper, or the person who made things work for everyone else. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, people-pleasing, and a quiet sense of never quite being enough, even when they are doing so much.
Some come to therapy because they are beginning to make sense of confusing or frustrating patterns in their lives and others may question later in life if they have ADHD or another form of neurodivergence.

It can be demoralizing to fall back into painful emotions and old patterns you have been determined to change. A part of you wants connection, relief, or a different way forward, while another part, despite your best efforts, keeps pulling you back into familiar pain. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a nonpathologizing, interactive therapy that helps you identify parts of yourself operating outside your awareness and begin to transform your relationship with yourself and those who matter most. Clients often leave IFS sessions with greater clarity, and with the sense that something actually “happened” in therapy.

You give so much to others, but when it comes to your own needs, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. Whether you’re navigating relationship conflict, major life transitions, or the weight of past trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I help adults and couples break free from cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, and emotional disconnection using evidence-based therapies like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
