We are a small group practice prioritizing quality over quantity. Offering client-centered treatment across modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy and EMDR in addition to mindfulness and attachment based approaches.
We are currently 4 independently licensed counselors and 2 clinical interns. We are eager to be of service to our community and our clinical internship program allows us to see clients with no insurance and/or limited coverage.
One of our therapists is also providing an internal family systems informed approach.
