Have you given up on the idea that you can make a positive change in life or need the support, encouragement and guidance for that push ahead. I specialize in motivating individuals who suffer from substance abuse and mental health issues by providing therapy and treatment motivation for long term sobriety and managiblity. One of my goals is to assist and support each individual into gaining insight into their SA/MH issues with productive and positive finding ways to cope with them. I believe that a person can maintain stability with the right support through encouragement, guidance and care.
I want to help the individual in need by practicing a person centered approach. My primary purpose is to be able to help the individuals focus on specific goals, positive change and to learning coping mechanisms to work towards making that change by utilizing cognitive behavior therapies and motivational interviewing.
