Many of my patients come to me at a significant crossroad in life. Perhaps a doctor just gave them a life-altering diagnosis. Perhaps they are seeking relief from anxiety or trauma, or need help healing from the loss of a loved one. They may be suffering with long-standing issues that have not responded to traditional treatment. My approach blends medical and psychological insights to address symptoms at the physical and emotional level, restoring a person to optimal wellbeing.
I work with teens, adults and couples to guide them toward a deeper understanding of themselves and create the changes they wish to see in life. Online therapy allows me to work with you at a time and place that best fits with your schedule. I am also available at my office for in-person biofeedback or neurofeedback sessions with my therapy dog, Skye.
Reaching out for support is an important step toward creating the life you want. I can join you, wherever you are on your journey, and help clarify your path and renew your confidence to navigate the road ahead.
