PRACTICING TELEHEALTH. Providing psychotherapy and counseling since 1990. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, families and couples experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, trauma and medical challenges. I work closely with other treatment professionals providing a team approach to providing comprehensive care and utilize a variety of approaches to therapy.
I have worked with a wide variety of problems and have a background in health education, addictions, trauma, EAP & critical incident stress debriefings. I served as first responder to US Coast Guard active duty and civilian personnel and their dependents providing trauma debriefings for line of duty incidents. I am also certified in EMDR & EEG biofeedback.
