I use a holistic, non-judgmental, empowerment centered approach to help you face your fears and begin your journey towards self-acceptance and goal achievement.
An ideal client would be teen girls and women ages 15 to 62 who face issues surrounding Attachment and Abandonment, Anger, Aggression (Relational and Physical), Post Break-up recovery, Self-Acceptance, Racial (cultural acceptance), Self-Care, Self Esteem and Social Anxiety. I also provide career and workplace counseling as well as nutritional coaching.
The therapeutic relationship will be a partnership where I help you identify what is holding you back and guide you towards a path to becoming your best self. I am a licensed therapist certified in NTU psychotherapy (an African centered treatment model) and anger management. I am also trained in spiritualty, trauma focused CBT, mindfulness, and art therapy.

Parenting Teens in the 21st Century
Parenting teens in the 21st century is a group that is designed for parents and grandparents who are struggling with parenting teens in the current culture. Learn what's current in popular culture and how to have conversations with your teens that encourage positive decision making. Strategies for communication and consequences are also explored in this group. Groups are virtual and can be tailored to church groups or in home with your friends or family members. Due to the subject matter of the group children are not allowed to participate.
