I specialize in trauma and use advanced techniques such as EMDR to help you process through your trauma and past hurts so that they stop negatively affecting you. If your thoughts or emotions are holding you back, I can teach you CBT and DBT skills to better manage them and help you regain control to lead you to a happier life.

I strive to meet you where you are. In addition to my office, I offer home-based, community-based, video chat, or phone sessions to fit into your busy life. We can even take a walk, work on tangible life management tasks, or do more frequent, shorter sessions.
