I pursue a therapeutic framework that supports setting goals and strategies for productive therapeutic work. I enjoy counseling individuals, couples, and families. I am committed to compassionately working with clients who may experience depression, anxiety, mood disorders, marital and relational issues, and difficult family dynamics. I also help clients who need assistance in life coaching, communication, and conflict resolution. My specialty is marriage, couples, and family therapy. Although my framework of therapy is family systems, my primary therapeutic approach is solution focused therapy (SFT). I believe that inside everyone are strengths and a resiliency that once identified can be used to propel an individual in a direction that will yield a productive, positive outcome.
We offer faith based counseling for those who desire for faith to be integrated in their therapeutic experience. We are respectful of everyone and provide excellence in clinical care within the framework of God's truth and guidance. We see couples, families, and individuals for a variety of relationship and mental health issues.
