Hello and thank you for visiting! I have worked locally for over fifteen years with individuals, parents, couples and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, work stress and overall lack of satisfaction in life. Assisting individuals in connecting and understanding one another more openly is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy helping couples discover new ways to navigate their relationship and giving them the tools to change the negative patterns that keep them stuck.

We are BCBA's with a practice limited to ABA Therapy for children with Autism and other Developmental Disorders. We received our BCBA's in 2004 (Donna) and 2005 (myself), expanding on our knowledge/experience in School Psychology and Special Education Supervision. There is a great need for experienced clinicians to serve clients at home and in school/community with Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior, solid contingency management and well-supervised practice of professional behavior therapists. Parents want to see improvement in daily functioning and growth, as this has a direct connection to their future independence.

I have experiencing collaborating with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of needs. My approach is Client-Centered and I include aspects of Cognitive Behavioral as well as Solution-Focused therapies into my work. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy, include sandplay, into my sessions in order to engage clients and create a comfortable environment for therapy.

I have been practicing for more than 20 years. Also, as the mother of 2 beautiful daughters and the mother of a blended family, I have real life experience to draw from. I can empathize with your suffering, isolation, confusion and the judgement from others close to you (specially those in faith-based community)

I am a clinical psychologist and have been in practice for 32 years. I do individual therapy with children, adolescents and adults. I have expertise in treating anxiety and depression, and issues with grief and loss: fertility issues, losses due to divorce, and complicated grief. I have experience with many types of therapeutic interventions. I am most interested in the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques and emotion education techniques to provide my clients with skills that they can use to cope with difficult life challenges.
