Welcome! I'm a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and provide counseling for individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, anxiety and body image concerns. I also have advanced training through the Postpartum Stress Center and Postpartum Support International. I provide maternal mental health support throughout the prenatal and postpartum periods. Lastly, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and PTSD and utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy.

My style of therapy is strengths-based, client-centered and I truly value the uniqueness of each individual. I strive to offer an open, warm, and non-judgmental environment. Starting therapy can be overwhelming and I am here to help you through the process!

I believe therapy can play an important and essential role in one's life, throughout any chapter. A strong therapeutic relationship that is collaborative and goal-oriented is essential to individual success. My goals in therapy are for clients to recognize they can advocate for themselves and build upon their own strengths.
