A great deal of my professional practice has been working with individuals, groups, couples and families, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+ populations. I understand that no single approach is the right one for everyone & it is important to meet each person where they are. I believe it is important to tailor the therapy approach to each individual. As such, I use various approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, EMDR, Person-Centered, & Gottman Method for couples therapy. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP offers structured support and therapeutic interventions for managing mental health challenges such as depression, trauma, anxiety/panic attacks, and other crises while maintaining your routine. It provides a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment, empowering participants through a blend of psychoeducation, skill-building activities, and group therapy. In this group, you are provided with a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into your problems, and learn new ways of coping. Through engaging in our program, you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills for managing symptoms, build resilience, and foster a sense of empowerment.

Partial Hospitalization Program

A comprehensive treatment option to offer intensive support and therapeutic interventions for individuals facing a variety of mental health crises. Our PHP program provides structured treatment similar to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), but with the added benefit of receiving treatment five days per week for five hours each day. Participants benefit from a higher level of support and intervention due to the increased frequency and duration of treatment sessions. Similar to IOP, PHP provides a nurturing and safe environment where individuals can immerse themselves in the therapeutic process, maximizing the opportunity for growth, healing, and recovery.
