I am fortunate to have worked these past 19 years with a broad cross-section of Philadelphia area residents. My clients usually seek help because of nagging stress, anxiety, and/or depression that often spring from current relationships, the workplace, trauma, or longstanding personal issues. They work with me either individually or as couples to ease these issues as swiftly as possible.
I am pragmatic and eclectic in my work. I often rely on cognitive-behavioral thinking, but use whatever approach is most likely to get us where we want to be. I offer the benefit of 27 years of college teaching experience, familiarity with complex workplace environments, and maturity.
