In couples work, I use the Gottman Method and am skilled at addressing communication, conflict, deep hurts, affairs, parenting struggles and navingating neurodivergence. Treatment begins with a review of the relationship strengths and areas of concern, and includes a comprehensive relationship assessment that provides feedback specific to your relationship.
My practice is neurodivergence affirming and honors cultural background and intersecting identities.
