I believe that therapy can result in meaningful and long lasting changes, as long as an individual is provided with a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that will allow one to identify, discuss, and resolve one's current difficulties or problems. My clients tell me that they find it very easy to talk to me about difficult and sensitive matters, and that they feel calm and comfortable in my presence. We will work together to identify stressors and/or relationships that are contributing to your symptoms, and develop coping strategies to help you manage these problems more effectively.

Please note I am on leave until July 2026 and not currently accepting new clients. You may be coming to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed or burned-out. Maybe you are struggling with worries about performance at work, difficulty setting boundaries with family members, tension in a relationship, or managing the challenges of parenthood. You wish you had a judgement-free space to feed supported as you process why you feel stuck and how to move forward. If so, you're in the right place.

As a relational therapist, I center empathy and open communication to collaborate with clients and identify their goals for healing, coping, and growth. I'm a therapist, coach, and social worker with almost 20 years of experience working with people individually and in relationships of all kinds. I'm currently working with adults and partners on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. While therapy looks a little different for everyone, a lot of the work focuses on understanding the impact of trauma and reshaping nervous system responses, seeking balance and rest, improving communication in relationships, and expanding self-knowledge.

Life is sometimes overwhelmingly heavy. The seemingly random moments of increased heart rate and shortness of breath. The feeling of drowning (and sometimes floating) that fogs your mind. The inability to make a clear decision - or just rushing through a decision because you can’t think clearly anyway. The having to backtrack because “Wait..what just happened?” The lack of appetite and sleepless nights. The increased appetite and the deepest sleep after the tears. It's all just exhausting. How much would you treasure having a clear mind again?
