Feel Better. Whether for depression, anxiety or relationship issues, the majority of clients come to therapy with the goal of feeling better; happier, more connected to others, and free from the paralysis of emotional pain or trauma. We look at how an issue experienced in the now came to be there, from early childhood experience to prior adult experiences, and how these all culminated in the present problem(s). We also utilize techniques to individually tailor treatment to the patient's needs, including cognitive/behavioral, problem-solving, and insight-oriented therapies, and often ..humor(!)

Hi, I’m Anna, an LMFT and PMH-C, and I help women navigate some of the most tender and transformative parts of life—trying to conceive, grieving pregnancy loss, healing after birth, and adjusting to life postpartum.
This work is deeply personal to me. As a mom who experienced birth trauma, I know how disorienting and isolating this journey can feel. I also know the strength it takes to reach out for support—and how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and understood.
In our work together, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to do this alone—and you were never meant to.

I've always believed that most people aren't broken, they're stuck. And stuck is something we can work with. For 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people: veterans carrying wounds that never got proper attention, couples trying to find their way to a healthier relationship, individuals wrestling with OCD or trauma or habits they can't seem to shake, and families navigating transitions that turned their world upside down.
I tend to be direct yet compassionate in the way approach therapy and to what my clients are dealing with.

I work with clients on adjustment to life changes, anxiety, depression, identity development, racial stress, relationship conflicts, and work stress. Much of my practice currently focuses on supporting attorneys, high performing athletes, and individuals in other professions who deal with similar levels expectation and high scrutiny. I have a law degree and consider myself a strong advocate for cultivating and supporting the whole person inside the attorney and the athlete. It is my true pleasure to provide coaching, therapy, and wellness supports to individuals in both professions and other fields that encounter similar challenges.

Many people who reach out to me are doing their best to manage the demands in their lives, but there's something — anxiety that's difficult to quiet, or a sense that they're not getting the most out of themselves or their situation — that they haven't been able to resolve on their own. They're not only looking for coping skills, but something deeper and more impactful. They want a thoughtful collaborator who can help them develop greater psychological wellbeing, navigate complex decisions, build more meaningful relationships, work through the challenges of their careers, and live in alignment with what actually matters to them.

Therapy offers a space to pause, slow things down, and better understand the emotional and relational landscape of your life. My approach is collaborative and reflective. Together, we can get curious about what has shaped you, what keeps certain patterns in place, and what might help you move toward greater connection, self-understanding, and agency.
I draw from existential, attachment-oriented, psychodynamic, and systemic perspectives, attuning the process to the unique needs and experiences of each person or couple with whom I work.

I'm Beth Kaminsky, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in modern psychoanalytic and attachment-based therapy, integrated with mindfulness-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Much of my work centers on a simple but often overlooked idea: the patterns shaping your life today — how you argue, withdraw, overwork, or self-protect — were formed by earlier relational experience, often outside conscious awareness.

I believe that therapy can result in meaningful and long lasting changes, as long as an individual is provided with a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that will allow one to identify, discuss, and resolve one's current difficulties or problems. My clients tell me that they find it very easy to talk to me about difficult and sensitive matters, and that they feel calm and comfortable in my presence. We will work together to identify stressors and/or relationships that are contributing to your symptoms, and develop coping strategies to help you manage these problems more effectively.

The transition from home to college is one of the most meaningful—and often overwhelming—shifts in a young person’s life. Alongside excitement and new possibilities, many students experience anxiety about leaving home, starting over socially, and adjusting to increased academic and personal independence. The summer before freshman year can be an ideal time to slow down, reflect, and build confidence before this next chapter begins.
