I have advanced training in clinical hypnosis and EMDR. Mindfulness techniques are also incorporated into the therapy. Because I believe we are beings of mind, body and spirit, my approach is holistic, yet grounded in scientific research. Mind-body techniques help you access your own untapped inner resources and strengths.
