I am a licensed psychologist who offers individual therapy for people of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal concerns, behavior problems and general life concerns. I specialize in sport and performance psychology. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults due to my background as an emotional support teacher, behavior specialist, and collegiate coach. I work with adults to make small changes in perspective, while developing skills to manage difficult emotions and thoughts, improve relationships, and live a happier life.

My experience as a professional athlete coupled with my skills in cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness help clients gain valuable insight and better manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that contribute to poor performance, distress, worry, sadness, guilt, fear, anger...
