After more than a decade of professional experience in the field, I have a keen understanding of the complexities of the relationships we build. I focus on both the individual and the relationship unit when working with my clients. I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, emotional abuse/ narcissistic abuse recovery. I provide individual therapy and couples therapy, also I utilize Brainspotting to process unresolved trauma.

I offer a safe and comfortable environment where you can gain insight into your Self, your relationships, your past experiences and your life's purpose. With a working knowledge of the Twelve Step philosophy, and decades of personal experience, I am uniquely qualified to help people through the recovery process. I work with a stellar group of practitioners at Insight Psychological Services. Collaboratively, we offer individual and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
