I bring a broad range of life experiences and a practical approach to therapy drawing from my professional, personal and educational background.
I am experienced working with people struggling with depression and anxiety; trauma, and grief and loss and women's issues. I have worked in a variety of outpatient mental health and substance use facilities. Other specialties include working with people to curtail or eliminate drug and alcohol use, particularly marijuana use and gambling problems.
I hold a Masters in Social Services (MSW equivalent) and a post-graduate certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College. I also hold a certification I am trained by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for counseling individuals with problem gambling.
