In 2006, I left a successful career in business to pursue my passion for motivating & inspiring others to achieve their potential. That led to a self-published book & successful in-person practice. After COVID, I took several Telehealth trainings to become well versed in how to provide effective treatment via video. Today my practice is 100% online!
I work primarily with individuals coping with anxiety, trauma, grief & life transitions. Using a variety of techniques based in Humanistic, Psychodynamic & Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, together we can discover and remove those roadblocks to your personal success.
