I have a passion for working with clients processing trauma. My second passion is couples counseling. I base my couples work on methods from The Couples Institute, which is a worldwide model for extensive couples' therapy.
I will meet you where you are in your life. My office is your safe space to set goals. From a trauma-informed lens I can help you achieve balance. The treatment I provide helps to soften the effects of life's biggest curve balls. I work with individuals & couples to address any physical, mental, or spiritual concerns. I also provide reunification therapy.

This group is for any female who is looking to join with other women who are looking for their identity and value. Many females struggle with self-concept and at times relationship balance.
