Therapy provides a confidential place to talk about personal experiences, thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Individuals who come to therapy may have experienced a situation that disrupts thinking, mood, feelings, and the ability to relate to others. Persons may also seek therapy because they want a neutral place to talk about general life experiences. Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families need a place to feel supported, receive guidance, and learn new ways to handle life's challenges. My approach incorporates the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of individuals as they attain their goals.
