This work is about finding your own inner balance and resolution and feeling free to express your authenticity. I work with mood disorders, anxiety, sleep, stress, family and relationship conflicts, compulsions and addictions. I use my own mix of many theoretical and practice techniques in the service of your resolution, integration and wholeness, with special expertise in relationship counseling, spirituality and gender issues.
Clearing negative thoughts and beliefs that do not serve you, I use cognitive therapies, and the Work of Byron Katie. To facilitate integration and relaxation in present time, I teach Mindfulness Meditation and self soothing skills, so useful when outer or inner life gets challenging. These skills become yours and will transform your life..
I graduated from Rutgers with two Masters and was awarded for excellence in facilitating groups. In over 28 years, I've worked with all ages, individually, in couples, families and groups, in agencies, schools and private practice. Practicing meditation since 1972 has also shaped my life and work. Welcome.
